Die Mango vom Stielende her mit einem Sparsch\u00e4ler sch\u00e4len, das Fruchtfleisch rund um den Stein mit einem Messer abschneiden und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Kiwis sch\u00e4len, halbieren und den Strunk herausschneiden. In d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Die Banane sch\u00e4len und schr\u00e4g in Scheiben schneiden. Von der Ananas oben das Gr\u00fcn und unten eine 2 cm dicke Scheibe abschneiden. Die Ananas aufstellen und die Schale in breiten Streifen absch\u00e4len. Verbliebene &#8222;Augen&#8220; mit einem Messer entfernen. Die Frucht l\u00e4ngs vierteln, die harte Mitte herausschneiden, das Fruchtfleisch w\u00fcrfeln. Die Johannisbeeren waschen. Das Obst in der Reihenfolge Ananas &#8211; Erdbeeren &#8211; Banane &#8211; Kiwis\/Mango einschichten und mit den Johannisbeerrispen enden.
