Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen. Kartoffeln in d\u00fcnne Scheiben hobeln. Zwiebeln in feine Ringe schneiden, Knoblauch durchpressen. H\u00e4lfte der Butter mit dem \u00d6l erhitzen.
