Paprikas und Auberginen mit der Hautseite nach unten darauf legen. Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter hinzuf\u00fcgen. Zitronensaft mit den Gew\u00fcrzen verr\u00fchren. Sobald sich das Salz v\u00f6llig aufgel\u00f6st hat, das \u00d6l unterr\u00fchren. \u00dcber das Gem\u00fcse gie\u00dfen und zugedeckt 30 Minuten ziehen lassen. Backofen auf 240\u00b0C vorheizen. Gem\u00fcse 20 Minuten im Ofen r\u00f6sten, dabei einmal wenden. Tomaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und das Gem\u00fcse 5-10 Minuten weiterr\u00f6sten, bis es gar ist. Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter entfernen und das Gem\u00fcse auf einer Platte anrichten.
