Teigplatten so ausrollen, dass sie einander \u00fcberlappen. Eine Tortenform mit 24 cm Durchmesser damit auskleiden. Den Boden mit einer Gabel mehrmals einstechen. Mit Konfit\u00fcre bestreichen und mit Mandeln bestreuen. \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, entkernen und in d\u00fcnne Spalten schneiden. Mit dem Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln. Apfelspalten dachziegelartig auf dem Teigboden verteilen. Butter schmelzen lassen und die \u00c4pfel sowie den Teigrand damit bepinseln. Apfeltorte im Ofen 15 Minuten backen.
