Pancetta w\u00fcrfeln: Chilis l\u00e4ngs halbieren, entkernen, hacken. Tomaten h\u00e4uten, entkernen und grob w\u00fcrfeln. Penne nach Packungsanleitung in reichlich Salzwasser bissfest garen, abgie\u00dfen, abtropfen lassen und warm halten. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen.
