Br\u00f6tchen ausdr\u00fccken, zuf\u00fcgen und alles zu einem Teig verkneten. Die Zucchinih\u00e4lften mit der Masse f\u00fcllen. Knoblauch und Tomaten zer kleinern.Tomatensaft, Knoblauch und Oregano verr\u00fchren, salzen und pfeffern. Die Tomatensauce in eine l\u00e4ngliche Form f\u00fcllen und die Zucchini daraufsetzen. Mit K\u00e4se bestreuen. In den kalten Ofen schieben und bei 200\u00b0C (Gas 3-4; Umluft 180\u00b0C) etwa 1 Stunde backen.<\/p>\n<p>Varianten<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine Fischf\u00fcllung kleingehacktes Zucchinifleisch und Zwiebel in 1 El \u00d6l anbraten. 200 g Frischk\u00e4se mit 2 El gehacktem Dill und 1 Ei daruntermischen, salzen und pfeffern, 300 g Fischfilet w\u00fcrfeln, mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln und zur Mischung geben. Zucchinih\u00e4lften damit f\u00fcllen. Wie beschrieben garen.
