Fleisch, Kartoffeln und M\u00f6hren dazugeben und 5 Minuten kochen eventuell mit Salz nachw\u00fcrzen. Spargel dazugeben. Mehlbutter fl\u00f6ckchenweise in den Topf geben, Fl\u00fcssigkeit zwei Minuten cremig-dicklich einkochen.
