In eine Form (ca. 24 cm) 3 cm M\u00fcrbteig legen, die kalte Masse dar\u00fcberstreichen, mit M\u00fcrbteig abschlie\u00dfen. Mit einer Gabel den Teig anstechen und mit Eigelb bestreichen. Backzeit ca. 40 Minuten bei 16O Grad.
