Aus dem Wasser nehmen und ein paar Minuten abk\u00fchlen. F\u00fcr die Tomatensauce die Tomaten an der Spitze kreuzweise einschneiden, in kochendes Wasser tauchen, bis sich die Haut zu l\u00f6sen beginnt. Die Fr\u00fcchte sch\u00e4len, vierteln und den Stielansatz entfernen. Die Zwiebeln fein hacken. Die Karotten sch\u00e4len und ebenfalls hacken. Zwiebeln, Karotten und Tomaten in \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten, k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Gem\u00fcse gar ist. Die gehackten N\u00fcsse in \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten und in die Tomatensauce l\u00f6ffelweise die Butter und die N\u00fcsse beif\u00fcgen. Es soll eine s\u00e4mige Sauce entstehen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nDen wenig ausgek\u00fchlten K\u00fcrbis quer halbieren. Das K\u00fcrbisfleisch mit einer Gabel herunterschaben, dadurch entstehen Spaghettif\u00e4den. Die Tomaten-Nu\u00dfsauce in den halbierten K\u00fcrbis \u00fcber die Spaghettif\u00e4den leicht dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen.
