In einen Topf geben, leicht salzen und 2-3 EL Wasser angie\u00dfen. zugedeckt weich k\u00f6cheln. Mit dem P\u00fcrierstab im Topf p\u00fcrieren oder durch ein feines Sieb streichen. Etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen. Backofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen. 50 g feingemahlene Mandeln und die H\u00e4lfte der Butter unter das K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree mischen. 6 Eier verquirlen, mit 50 g frisch geriebenem Parmesan glattr\u00fchren. L\u00f6ffelweise das K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree dazugeben und unterr\u00fchren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Eine feuerfeste Form mit 1 EL Butter ausstreichen. K\u00fcrbis-Eier hineingeben, mit restlichen Mandeln und Parmesan bestreuen, \u00fcbrige Butter in Fl\u00f6ckchen darauf setzen. In den vorgeheizten Backofen schieben und stocken lassen (dauert etwa 30 Min.).
