Aus Zitronensaft, \u00d6l und den Gew\u00fcrzen eine Marinade zubereiten und den Heilbutt darin etwas ziehen lassen. Ein gro\u00dfes St\u00fcck Alufolie mit \u00d6l bestreichen und den Fisch darauflegen. Den Heilbutt auf jeder Seite etwa acht Minuten grillen. F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe in der Zwischenzeit die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. Die Pilze putzen und in Scheiben schneiden. Butter in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel- und Knoblauchw\u00fcrfel darin and\u00fcnsten. Anschlie\u00dfend die Pilze hinzuf\u00fcgen. Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren alles etwa f\u00fcnf Minuten anbraten lassen. Langsam den Rotwein und dann die Sahne hinzuf\u00fcgen. Alles mit dem Kr\u00e4utersalz abschmecken. Petersilie waschen, trockentupfen und fein hacken. Den Heilbutt zusammen mit der Pilzso\u00dfe servieren.
