Die Petersilie waschen und hacken. Beides mit Ei und Hackfleisch mischen. Den Fleischteig mit Salz, Senf, Pfeffer und Muskat kr\u00e4ftig w\u00fcrzen. Den K\u00e4se in dicke Riegel schneiden. Den Fleischteig zu einem flachen, l\u00e4nglichen Laib formen. In die Mitte den K\u00e4se einlegen und mit Fleischteig umschlie\u00dfen. In eine gebutterte Auflaufform setzen. Die Form soll m\u00f6glichst gro\u00df sein. Mit den Kr\u00e4utern bestreuen. Die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben hobeln. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat kr\u00e4ftig w\u00fcrzen. Milch oder Sahne zugeben, gut mischen. Kartoffeln um den Hackbraten schichten. Den Rest Sahne zugie\u00dfen.
