Maisst\u00e4rke<br \/>\n<em>Ansonsten:<\/em><br \/>\n2 Eier<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\n3-4 Salatbl\u00e4tter<br \/>\n2 EL Feingehackter Lauch<br \/>\n800 g Gekochter Reis<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>Zubereitung: <\/b><br \/>\n1. Im Wok 1-2 El \u00d6l erhitzen und den Lachs auf beiden Seiten leicht anbr\u00e4unen. Haut und Gr\u00e4ten entfernen, fein zerpfl\u00fccken. H\u00fchnerfleisch in feine Streifchen schneiden und mit der Marinade vermengen.<br \/>\n2. Eier verquirlen, mit Salz und Glutamat w\u00fcrzen. Salatbl\u00e4tter in 5mm breite Streifen schneiden.<br \/>\n3. Im Wok 1 El \u00d6l erhitzen; Eier hineingiessen und mit St\u00e4bchen oder einer Gabel durchr\u00fchren, so dass sie kleine Fl\u00f6ckchen bilden. Auf einem Teller beiseite stellen. Wok sauberwischen und 2 El \u00d6l hineingiessen. Das H\u00fchnerfleisch unter R\u00fchren darin anbraten. Wenn es gar ist, herausnehmen und beiseite stellen.<br \/>\n4. Wok sauberwischen und 3 El \u00d6l erhitzen. Den gehackten Lauch darin braten, aber nicht br\u00e4unen lassen. Reis zuf\u00fcgen und unter R\u00fchren braten, vorsichtig, aber gr\u00fcndlich durchmischen. Lachs und H\u00fchnerfleisch zugeben und unter R\u00fchren durchbraten. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Glutamat abschmecken.<br \/>\n5.
