Zucker<br \/>\n250 g Spinat<br \/>\n2 EL Erdnuss\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 Prise Salz<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>Zubereitung: <\/b><br \/>\n1. H\u00fchnerfl\u00fcgel gut waschen und die Spitzen abknipsen; f\u00fcr die Br\u00fche beiseite stellen. Ingwer und Lauch in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. <br \/>\n2. H\u00fchnerfl\u00fcgel, Lauch und Ingwer in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und eine Marinade aus 1 El Reiswein und 1 El Sojasauce dar\u00fcbergiessen. Durchmischen und 30 Min ziehen lassen.<br \/>\n3. H\u00fchnerfl\u00fcgel aus der Marinade heben und gut trockentupfen. Gleichm\u00e4ssig mit Maisst\u00e4rke best\u00e4uben und in reichlich \u00d6L leicht anbraten.<br \/>\n4. Knapp 3\/4 Liter Wasser in einen Topf gie\u00dfen, 1 El Sojasauce, 1 1\/2 El Reiswein, den Zucker, den Lauch und den Ingwer aus der Marinade sowie die Fl\u00fcgelspitzen hineingeben.<br \/>\n5. Die gebratenen H\u00fchnerfl\u00fcgel hinzuf\u00fcgen und das Ganze bei starker Hitze zum Kochen bringen. Dann die Temperatur herunterschalten und etwa 40 Min kochen lassen.<br \/>\n6. Spinat putzen, im Erdnuss\u00f6l leicht anbraten. Mit einer Prise Salz und 1 El Reiswein w\u00fcrzen. 225 ml kochendes Wasser dar\u00fcbergiessen. Sobald es wieder aufkocht, den Spinat herausheben und abtropfen lassen.<br \/>\n7. Die H\u00fchnerfl\u00fcgel zusammen mit dem Spinat auf einer Platte anrichten.
