Currypulver<br \/>\nPfeffer<br \/>\n1 Tl. Salz<br \/>\n1 Rote Chili; gehackt<br \/>\n350 ml Kokosmilch<br \/>\n1 EL Zitronensaft<br \/>\n60 g Butter<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>Zubereitung: <\/b><br \/>\nDie Garnelen sch\u00e4len und s\u00e4ubern. Die Tomaten sch\u00e4len, entkernen und klein w\u00fcrfeln. In einem Topf Butter erhitzen, Zwiebel, Knoblauch sowie zerkleinerten Ingwer darin weich d\u00fcnsten und leicht anbr\u00e4unen. Den Ingwer entfernen (Muss man nicht unbedingt, wenn er klein geschnitten ist). Curry, Pfeffer, Salz, Tomaten und Chili zugeben, 3 Minuten braten. Kokosmilch zugie\u00dfen und bis kurz vor dem Siedepunkt erhitzen. Garnelen sowie Zitronensaft zugeben und etwa 10 Minuten abgedeckt k\u00f6cheln (werden bereits vorgekochte Garnelen verwendet, verringert sich diese Zeit auf f\u00fcnf Minuten).
