Sch\u00fctten Sie ihn ab und lassen ihn kalt werden. Erhitzen Sie 1 EL \u00d6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze, gie\u00dfen die verquirlten Eier hinein und lassen sie stocken. Lassen Sie das Omelette auf einen Teller gleiten, rollen Sie es auf und schneiden Sie es in feine Streifen. Tropfen Sie die Pilze ab, entfernen die Stiele und schneiden die Kappen fein. Erhitzen Sie 1 EL \u00d6l im Wok und braten Sie die Schalotten oder Zwiebeln, bis sie braun und knusprig sind. Heben Sie diese heraus und stellen sie beiseite. Geben Sie Garnelen und Knoblauch in den Wok, evtl. noch etwas \u00d6l, und braten sie eine Minute an. Heben Sie alles heraus. Geben Sie nochmals 1 EL \u00d6l in den Wok.<br \/>\nBraten Sie das Schweinefleisch und Pilze 2 Minuten unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren, heben sie heraus und stellen sie beiseite. D\u00e4mpfen Sie die Wurst 5 Minuten und schneiden sie schr\u00e4g in Scheiben. Wischen Sie den Wok aus, erhitzen Sie das restliche \u00d6l und braten Sie den Reis unter r\u00fchren, wenn n\u00f6tig in mehr \u00d6l. R\u00fchren Sie Sojaso\u00dfe, Salz, Pfeffer und die H\u00e4lfte der gegarten Zutaten ein.  Geben Sie die Erbsen und die H\u00e4lfte der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln dazu und wenden sie die Mischung, bis die Erbsen gar sind. H\u00e4ufen Sie den gebratenen Reis auf eine Platte und geben Sie die restlichen Zutaten, auch die restlichen Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, obenauf.
