Butter beigeben, verreiben. Wasser dazugiessen, rasch zu einem weichen Teig zusammenf\u00fcgen, nicht kneten. Teig flach dr\u00fccken, zugedeckt ca. 30 Minuten k\u00fchl stellen. Teig auf wenig Mehl rund auswallen (ca. 32cm), auf das vorbereitete Blech legen, mit einer Gabel einstechen.<br \/>\n<em>Belag:<\/em> \u00d6l in einer Bratpfanne hei\u00df werden lassen. Hackfleisch portionenweise ca. 2 Min. anbraten, herausnehmen. Evtl. wenig \u00d6l beigeben, Zwiebel kurz and\u00e4mpfen. Lauch, R\u00fcebli und Sellerie ca. 5 Minuten mitd\u00e4mpfen. Fleisch wieder beigeben, w\u00fcrzen, ausk\u00fchlen. Petersilie und K\u00e4sew\u00fcrfel daruntermischen.<br \/>\n<em>Guss:<\/em> Rahm, Eier und Speisest\u00e4rke gut verr\u00fchren, w\u00fcrzen. Belag auf dem Teigboden verteilen, Guss dar\u00fcber giessen.<br \/>\n<em>Backen:<\/em> ca. 45 Minuten auf der untersten Rille des auf 200 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens.
