Orangenlik\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 Bund Basilikum<br \/>\n1 El. Aceto Balsamico<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>Zubereitung: <\/b><br \/>\nZuerst das Suppengr\u00fcn waschen, putzen, klein w\u00fcrfeln und in einem Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d61 and\u00fcnsten. Linsen, Tomaten mit Saft und Br\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen, alles mit Thymian und Cayennepfeffer w\u00fcrzen und zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze 50 Minuten schmoren. Jetzt die G\u00e4nsebrust salzen, pfeffern und den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen.  Das restliche \u00d6l in einer feuerfesten Pfanne (Griffe!) erhitzen und die G\u00e4nsebrust mit der Hautseite nach unten bei starker Hitze kr\u00e4ftig anbraten. Auf der anderen Seite ebenfalls braten. Mit Orangenlik\u00f6r flambieren und im Ofen (unten, Umluft 160\u00b0) 25 Minuten garen. Das Basilikum waschen, fein hacken. Mit dem Aceto Balsamico zu den Linsen geben, salzen.
