Puderzucker<br \/>\n<em>f\u00fcr die Tassen<\/em><br \/>\nButter; weich<br \/>\nSemmelbr\u00f6sel<br \/>\n<em>zum Dekorieren<\/em><br \/>\nWalnussh\u00e4lften; oder Mandeln, abgezogen<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>Zubereitung: <\/b><br \/>\nN\u00fcsse hacken und mit Amaretto und Semmelbr\u00f6seln mischen. Kaffeetassen sorgf\u00e4ltig mit Butter ausstreichen &#8211; das geht am besten mit einem Backpinsel oder mit den Fingern. Semmelbr\u00f6sel in die gebutterten Tassen streuen, drehen, bis die Br\u00f6sel gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilt sind, anschlie\u00dfend die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Br\u00f6sel wieder heraussch\u00fctten. Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen. Eine Auflaufform, in die sp\u00e4ter alle Tassen hineinpassen, zur H\u00e4lfte mit heissem Wasser f\u00fcllen und uf der untersten Schiene in den Ofen stellen. Eigelbe von Eiweissen trennen. Eiweisse und Zucker mit einem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t steif schlagen, erst auf mittlerer, sp\u00e4ter auf h\u00f6chster Stufe &#8211; so wird der Eischnee besonders feinporig und stabil. Butter und Puderzucker in einer zweiten Sch\u00fcssel 3-4 Minuten schlagen, 1 El der Nuss-Br\u00f6sel-Mischung unterr\u00fchren, dann 1 Eigelb unter die Creme schlagen. Dies noch so oft wiederholen, bis alle Eigelbe mit der Butter vermischt sind. Eischnee und die restlichen Nussbr\u00f6sel vorsichtig mit einem Schneebesen unter die Buttermasse ziehen. Teig fast bis zum Rand in die vorbereiteten Tassen f\u00fcllen, mit Walnussh\u00e4lften belegen und in das Wasserbad im Ofen stellen. Je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Tassen 20-30 Minuten garen (St\u00e4bchenprobe).
