Die Schokolade raspeln. Das Fett mit dem elektrischen Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t schaumig r\u00fchren. Den Zucker zuf\u00fcgen und zusammen cremig r\u00fchren. Nach und nach die Eier zuf\u00fcgen und zu einer dickcremigen Schaummasse aufschlagen. Die gemahlenen Haseln\u00fcsse mit den Zwiebackbr\u00f6seln, der Schokolade und dem Backpulver vermischen. Diese Trockenmischung auf die Schaummasse gleiten lassen und locker unterheben &#8211; das geht sehr gut mit einem Gummispatel. Dabei den Rum unterziehen. Eine Springform mit Backpapier auslegen. Den Teig einf\u00fcllen und die Oberfl\u00e4che glattstreichen. Bei 175\u00b0C im vorgeheizten Ofen 50-60 Minuten backen. Den Springformrand abnehmen. Den Kuchen auf ein Kuchengitter heben und abk\u00fchlen lassen. F\u00fcr die Glasur die trockenen Zutaten &#8211; Kakaopulver, Puderzucker, abgeriebene Orangenschale &#8211; gut vermischen. Den Kaffee zuf\u00fcgen und vollst\u00e4ndig glattr\u00fchren.
