Sehr h\u00fcbsch und vor allem auch sehr aromatisch\u00a0sind die\u00a0 winzigen Apfelbananen, die \u00fcberwiegend aus Kenia stammen.\u00a0Reif, das hei\u00dft gelb mit braunen Stellen, schmecken sie k\u00f6stlich\u00a0fruchtig und bereichern Desserts und Obstsalate. Aber auch mit\u00a0pikanten Zutaten lassen sie sich gut kombinieren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beispiele:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* M\u00f6hrengem\u00fcse mit Apfelbananen M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und vierteln, in\u00a0Butter and\u00fcnsten. Orangensaft angie\u00dfen, mit Salz, Pfeffer und einer\u00a0kr\u00e4ftigen Prise Curry w\u00fcrzen. Nicht zu weich d\u00fcnsten, etwas Honig,\u00a0nach Belieben gehackte Mandeln und in zentimeterdicke Scheiben\u00a0geschnittene Apfelbananen untermischen. Nur noch kurz erhitzen und\u00a0zu kleinen Fleischgerichten reichen.<\/p>\n<p>* Obstsalat mit Kiwi und Apfelbananen Kiwis, reife Birnen und\u00a0Apfelbananen sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden. Jeweils mit\u00a0Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln, zuckern und Mandellik\u00f6r dr\u00fcbertr\u00e4ufeln.\u00a0Vermischen und im K\u00fchlschrank mindestens eine halbe Stunde durchziehen lassen. Mit Sahneh\u00e4ubchen und gehackten\u00a0 Pistazien\u00a0servieren.<\/p>\n<p>* Apfelbananent\u00f6rtchen Apfelbananen in Scheiben schneiden und\u00a0bananenf\u00f6rmig auf Bl\u00e4tterteig legen. Mit einem Messer gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig\u00a0ausschneiden und den Rand umklappen. Leicht zuckern und auf\u00a0Backtrennpapier 20 Minuten im hei\u00dfen Ofen backen. Noch hei\u00df mit\u00a0Aprikosenkonfit\u00fcre bestreichen.
