Mehl mit den Mandeln und dem Zimt mischen, in die Wasser-Zucker-L\u00f6sung sch\u00fctten und unter R\u00fchren 2 min aufkochen. Vom Feuer nehmen und nach leichtem Abk\u00fchlen, die weiche Butter und die Eigelb einr\u00fchren. Springform oder Tonpfanne mit Backpapier auslegen, das Backpapier dick einbuttern und leicht bemehlen. Masse einf\u00fcllen. Im hei\u00dfen Ofen (ca. 180 Grad) 30 min backen. Nach dem Backen in der Form ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
