Alles in \u00d6l anbraten.<br \/>\nDas Fleisch in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, dazugeben und kurz mitbraten. Mit ca. 1 \u00bd Tassen Wasser abl\u00f6schen. Salz, Pfeffer, Safran dazugeben und abdecken. Auf kleiner Flamme ca. 30 min schmoren lassen. In einer anderen Pfanne die M\u00f6hren in 2 TL \u00d6l vorsichtig schmoren. Immer wieder umr\u00fchren, damit sie nicht anbrennen.<br \/>\nDann zum Fleisch geben, Zitronensaft, Mirabellen und 2 TL Zucker dazugeben.
