Den Sellerie waschen und genauso in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, wie das Fleisch. Zwiebeln klein hacken, Knoblauch pressen. Dill, Schnittlauch und Petersilie waschen und fein hacken.<br \/>\nDas Fleisch in \u00d6l anbraten, aus der Pfanne nehmen und beiseite stellen. Die Zwiebeln im selben \u00d6l anbraten. Kr\u00e4uter und Knoblauch dazugegeben und kurz anbraten. Das Fleisch wieder dazugegeben. Im geschlossenen Topf bei geringer Hitze einige Minuten braten. Dann ca. 1,5 Tassen Wasser dazugeben.<br \/>\nDie getrockneten Zitronen rundum anstechen und in den Topf geben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Kurkuma und Curry abschmecken und ca. 30 min mit geschlossenem Deckel schmoren lassen.
