Spargel hinzuf\u00fcgen und zugedeckt 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen (oder bis sie einfach zart sind).  Schnell abtropfen lassen, Fl\u00fcssigkeit zur\u00fcckhalten und abk\u00fchlen.<br \/>\nIn einer 25cm Pfanne die Butter bei mittlerer Hitze schmelzen. Mehl zugeben und unter R\u00fchren ca. 30 Sekunden garen.  Milch hinzu f\u00fcgen und glatt r\u00fchren.  Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren koche bis die Suppe dick und glatt ist (ca 2-4 Minuten).  Nicht weiter kochen lassen.  K\u00e4se hinzuf\u00fcgen und erhitzen bis er geschmolzen ist.  Vom Herd nehmen. Die Spitzen des Spargels abschneiden.  Die Stiele mit der Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit mischen und p\u00fcrieren.  Das P\u00fcree eventuell noch durch ein Sieb dr\u00fccken. Einen mittelgro\u00dfen Suppentopf mit Trennspray bespr\u00fchen und darin das Spargelp\u00fcree und die K\u00e4sesauce mischen.  Die Masse erw\u00e4rmen &#8211; nicht kochen.  F\u00fcgen Sie nach Geschmack Salz und Pfeffer hinzu. Die Sahne unterr\u00fchren und erneut erhitzen. Spargelspitzen in dicke Scheiben schneiden und in die Suppe geben.
