Zugedeckt garen bis sie zart und knusprig sind (ca. 5 Minuten). Abtropfen lassen und mit Eiswasser bedecken, um den Kochvorgang zu stoppen und abzuk\u00fchlen.  Spargel abgiessen und in eine flache Servierplatte legen.<br \/>\nEssig, braunen Zucker und Schalotte mischen.  Nach und nach in \u00d6l einr\u00fchren, dann mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.  Mit Basilikum verr\u00fchren.  \u00dcber den Spargel gie\u00dfen und umdrehen. Zugedeckt eine Stunde stehen lassen.
