Den Spargel in 2-3cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden und beiseite legen.<br \/>\nFettucine kochen, abtropfen lassen und beiseite stellen.<br \/>\nZwiebel und Knoblauch in geschmolzener Butter in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne anbraten und 3 Minuten erhitzen. Spargel, Champignons und Karotten dazugeben und anbraten (ca. 7 Minuten). H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche und Basilikum hinzuf\u00fcgen; bei starker Hitze kochen lassen. 3 bis 5 Minuten oder bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit um etwa ein Drittel reduziert ist. Reduzieren (Hitze bis mittelhoch). Sahne und roten Pfeffer hinzuf\u00fcgen, weitere 3 Minuten kochen lassen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcgen Sie die gekochten Fettucine, 1 Tasse Parmesank\u00e4se sowie Salz und Pfeffer hinzu. Bei schwacher Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren garen, bis sie durchgew\u00e4rmt sind.
