Brot in Scheiben schneiden, auf hei\u00dfem Grill kurz anr\u00f6sten, danach mit Pesto bestreichen. Spie\u00dfe mit Oliven\u00f6l bepinseln, beidseitig auf den Punkt grillen. Je zwei Spie\u00dfe \u00fcber Kreuz auf Teller anrichten, R\u00f6st-Pestobrote mit anlegen und mit Thymian bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p>2. ) Kraut-Zucchinisalat mit Schafsk\u00e4sedressing &#8211; (circa 30 Minuten)<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, fein w\u00fcrfeln. Limetten halbieren, Saft pressen. Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, fein pressen. Von der Minze die Bl\u00e4tter abzupfen, in Streifen schneiden. Toastbrot entrinden und w\u00fcrfeln. Schinken in W\u00fcrfel zerteilen. Fetak\u00e4se mit der Gabel zerdr\u00fccken, mit Joghurt, Sauerrahm, Knoblauch, Limettensaft, etwas Balsamico und etwas Oliven\u00f6l gut verr\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>Vom Wei\u00dfkraut die Au\u00dfenbl\u00e4tter abnehmen, Strunk ausschneiden, in feine Streifen schneiden, mit etwas Zucker und Salz anw\u00fcrzen, mit einem Holzst\u00f6\u00dfel etwas zerstampfen. Zucchini mit K\u00fcchenkrepp gut abreiben, auf mittelfeinen Hobel zum Wei\u00dfkraut raffeln. Schinken, Zwiebeln, Minze dazugeben, etwas Balsamico anmarinieren, gut vermengen, etwas einziehen lassen, danach K\u00e4sedressing unterheben.
