Zwiebeln in \u00d6l glasig angehen lassen, Brezenw\u00fcrfel zugeben und leicht anr\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n<p>Eier, Schnittlauch, Petersilie, Thymian und die Zwiebel-Brezenw\u00fcrfel mit dazugeben und alles zu einer kompakten Masse aufbereiten. Aus der Masse kleine Frikadellen formen und in hei\u00dfem Oliven\u00f6l beidseitig goldgelb ausbacken (komplett durchgaren).<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebeln in hei\u00dfem Oliven\u00f6l glasig angehen lassen, Schinkenw\u00fcrfel zuf\u00fcgen, mit angehen lassen und zum geschnittenen Wei\u00dfkraut geben. K\u00fcmmel, Zucker, Obstessig zuf\u00fcgen, Krautsalat mit einem St\u00f6\u00dfel etwas durchkneten, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.
