Butterschmalz in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Gem\u00fcsew\u00fcrfel\nanbraten. Ingwer und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein hacken, mit dem\nBockshornkleesamen zum Gem\u00fcse geben und kurz mit anbraten.\n<br>\nDen Kochsud der Linsen dazugeben, 2 Essl\u00f6ffel kalte Butter unterziehen.\nDie Lauchzwiebeln sehr fein hacken und mit den Linsen dazugeben. Mit\nSalz und Zucker abschmecken. Die Minze waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und\nhacken.\n<br>\nDen Reis mit Kokosflocken gehackter Minze und verschlagenem Ei mischen.\nIn einer Pfanne etwas Butterschmalz erhitzen und mit einem gro\u00dfen L\u00f6ffel Reispl\u00e4tzchen in die Pfanne setzen und von beiden Seiten goldbraun braten.
