Shiitakepilze entstielen, die Pilzkappen in feine Streifen schneiden und in der Pfanne in 2 El hei\u00dfem \u00d6l anbraten, salzen, pfeffern und beiseite stellen. M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len, Porree putzen. Beides in 3 cm lange feine Stifte schneiden. M\u00f6hren 3 Minuten, Porree 2 Minuten in kochendem Salzwasser garen, abgie\u00dfen, abschrecken und abtropfen lassen. Pfefferschote halbieren, entkernen und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Sesam in einer Pfanne ohne Fett goldbraun r\u00f6sten. Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln und mit Sojasauce, Wei\u00dfweinessig, Reisessig und Gem\u00fcsefond 2 Minuten kochen. Kartoffeln in feine Scheiben schneiden und mit Pilzen, M\u00f6hren, Porree und Pfefferschote mit dem hei\u00dfen Sud mischen und 30 Minuten durchziehen lassen. Einige Bl\u00e4tter Koriandergr\u00fcn abzupfen, grob hacken, mit \u00d6l, Sesam\u00f6l und dem Sesam unter den Salat mischen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle:
