Dann den Deckel drauf und ca. 24 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank stehen lassen. Dann die Molke abgiessen oder anderweitig verwenden. Der fertige Frischk\u00e4se kann dann mit einem L\u00f6ffel vorsichtig aus dem Sieb entnommen und weiter verarbeitet werden.
