Die Butterkekse in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine mahlen oder in einen Gefrierbeutel f\u00fcllen und mit einem Nudelholz<br \/>\nzerbr\u00f6seln. Die Kekse mit Mandeln und Butter mischen und in eine Springform am Boden andr\u00fccken. K\u00fchl stellen.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nDie Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen. Frischk\u00e4se, Zucker, Vanille- Zucker und Eier glatt r\u00fchren. Die H\u00e4lfte der Frischk\u00e4secreme mit Mehl mischen. Die restliche Creme mit Schokolade und Kakao verr\u00fchren. Sahne steif schlagen. Je 50 Gramm Sahne unter die beiden Mischungen heben. Von den Cremes abwechselnd je zwei bis drei Essl\u00f6ffel mittig auf den Boden geben, sodass helle und dunkle Ringe entstehen. Zum Schluss die F\u00fcllung mit einer Gabel vorsichtig verr\u00fchren.
