Den Apfeldeckel abschneiden, beiseite legen und den Apfel entkernen. Dann den Apfel bis auf eine kleine, circa einen Zentimeter dicke Schicht aush\u00f6hlen und diese Masse klein schneiden. Die Masse mit dem Quark, den Rosinen, den Mandelstiften und dem Marzipan gut verr\u00fchren. Nach Belieben noch einen Schuss Rum hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit Zimt abschmecken.
