Knoblauch, Zwiebeln, Currypulver, Ingwer und Chilischote etwa 4 Minuten darin and\u00fcnsten. Dann die Linsen, Kartoffeln, Tomaten, Salz und die Br\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen. Alles zum Kochen bringen. hitze wieder auf mittlere Temperatur runterdrehen. Deckel auf den Topf auflegen und k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Linsen weich sind (ca. 30 Minuten).
