Abk\u00fchlen lassen und sch\u00e4len, dann mit 2 EL Butter, Orangensaft und<br \/>\nder Orangenschale zerdr\u00fccken. Nach Geschmack mit Tomatensaft, Pfeffer, Muskat und Ingwer w\u00fcrzen. Eine Auflaufform mit der restlichen Butter fetten. die Masse in die Form geben. Mit dem Finger kleine L\u00f6cher in die Masse dr\u00fccken und diese mit Honig f\u00fcllen.
