Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. Das Fleisch mit Knoblauch und Keim\u00f6l vermischen, mit Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und ca. 30 Minuten marinieren.<br \/>\nIn der Zwischenzeit jede Dattel mit einer halben Speckscheibe umwickeln.<br \/>\nFleisch und Datteln im Speckmantel abwechselnd auf Spie\u00dfe stecken. Spie\u00dfe in einer Pfanne ca. 2 Minuten von jeder Seite braten. Die Spie\u00dfe aus der Pfanne nehmen, salzen und warm stellen. 250 ml Wasser in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen, aufkochen und den P\u00e4ckcheninhalt Bratenso\u00dfe einr\u00fchren.
