Batida de Coco)<br \/>\n2 Paletten (\u00e0 63 St\u00fcck) Zartbitter-Hohlkugeln<br \/>\n500 g  Zartbitter-Kuvert\u00fcre<br \/>\n40 g  Vollmilch-Kuvert\u00fcre<br \/>\n25 g  Kokos-Chips<br \/>\nPergamentpapier oder Einmal-Spritzbeutel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nAus Pergamentpapier 5-6 Spritzt\u00fcten drehen. Wei\u00dfe Kuvert\u00fcre fein hacken. Sahne, Butter und Kokosmilch aufkochen. Vom Herd ziehen. Kuvert\u00fcre darin unter R\u00fchren langsam schmelzen. Kokoslik\u00f6r unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nKokosmasse portionsweise in eine Spritzt\u00fcte f\u00fcllen. Die Spitze knapp abschneiden. Masse bis knapp unter den Rand in die Hohlkugeln spritzen.<br \/>\nZartbitter-Kuvert\u00fcre im hei\u00dfen Wasserbad schmelzen. Davon 2-3 EL in eine Spritzt\u00fcte f\u00fcllen. Kleine Spitze abschneiden. \u00d6ffnungen der Kugeln mit Kuvert\u00fcre verschlie\u00dfen. Dann im K\u00fchlschrank ca. 30 Minuten kalt stellen.<br \/>\nRest Kuvert\u00fcre wieder schmelzen. Kugeln hineintauchen. Abtropfen lassen, auf Pergamentpapier setzen und trocknen lassen.<br \/>\nEventuell Vollmilch-Kuvert\u00fcre im hei\u00dfen Wasserbad schmelzen.
