Die Tomaten kurz in kochendes Wasser tauchen, sch\u00e4len und in Schnitze schneiden. Peperoncino, Tomaten, K\u00fcmmel und Essig im Mixer p\u00fcrieren. Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. In der H\u00e4lfte des Oliven\u00f6ls and\u00fcnsten. Dann die Tomaten-Peperoncino-Sauce beif\u00fcgen und alles f\u00fcnf Minuten leise kochen lassen. Mit Salz abschmecken.<br \/>\nDas restliche Oliven\u00f6l in einen Br\u00e4ter geben und die Kaninchenteile hineinlegen. Mit der Tomaten-Peperoncino-Sauce bedecken. <\/p>\n<p>Bis hierhin kann das Gericht vorbereitet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Vor der Zubereitung Wasser dazugiessen. Die Petersilie fein hacken und dar\u00fcber geben. Das Kaninchenragout im auf 200 Grad vorgeheizten Ofen auf der zweituntersten Rille ungedeckt w\u00e4#hrend etwa 60 bis 75 Minuten schmoren lassen, bis das Fleisch weich ist.
