Dann waschen und abtrocknen.<br \/>\nIn einer Kasserolle das Fett zerlassen und die Kaninchenteile unter gelegentlichem Umwenden darin zehn Minuten braten, bis der Fleischsaft   eingekocht ist. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch zugeben und nochmals zehn Minuten braten; Tomatenp\u00fcree hinzuf\u00fcgen und unter R\u00fchren zwei Minuten weiterbraten, dann die Petersilie zugeben. Die Fleischbr\u00fche und den Essig angie\u00dfen, Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen, Deckel auflegen un bei sehr geringer Hitze etwa zwei Stunden k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Fleisch weich ist.<br \/>\nHeiss in der Kasserolle (Guevec) servieren.
