G\u00f6nnen Sie ihm ca. 30 &#8211; 40 min. Ruhezeit, zwischendurch bitte 1 &#8211; 2 x gut durchkneten.<br \/>\nWeil der Teig weich ist, lassen sich kaum &#8222;ordentliche&#8220; Br\u00f6tchen schleifen, daher stechen wir mit dem Teigschaber Teigteile in m\u00f6glichst gleicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfe ab, setzen sie mit Abstand auf das gefettete Blech.<br \/>\nDie Teiglinge bitte noch mit Milch einpinseln.<br \/>\nDas Blech kann sodann in den kalten Ofen &#8211; 2.
