Wer mag kann danach die Kerne und die Trennw\u00e4nde entfernen. Mit Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Sesamk\u00f6rnern, Mandeln, Koriander, schwarzem Pfeffer und Nelken in der K\u00fcchenmaschine oder mit St\u00f6\u00dfel und M\u00f6rser zerkleinern und zu einem Mus mahlen. Die H\u00e4lfte des \u00d6ls in einer schweren Pfanne erhitzen und Mus unter h\u00e4ufigem R\u00fchren 5 Minuten behutsam braten. Die H\u00e4lfte der Br\u00fche, Tomaten, Zimt, Rosinen und K\u00fcrbiskerne hineingeben. Aufkochen lassen, Hitze reduzieren und 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit eingedickt ist. Geschmolzene Schokolade und Essig einr\u00fchren, gut vermischen, zugedeckt warmhalten. Restliches \u00d6l in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen und Truthanoberschenkel oder H\u00fchnerbrust auf allen Seiten anbraten. \u00d6l abgie\u00dfen und mit  restlicher Br\u00fche aufkochen, bei schwacher Hitze noch 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. bis das Fleisch gar ist. Fl\u00fcssigkeit abgie\u00dfen. Sauce zu Truthahn oder Huhn geben.
