Das Johannisbeergelee, die Blaubeeren und Thymian dazu geben. Knoblauchzehe andr\u00fccken und in die Sauce geben. Rotwein angie\u00dfen und ca. acht bis zehn Minuten einkochen lassen, mit Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.
