Mehl und Backpulver mischen und essl\u00f6ffelweise unter die Masse r\u00fchren. Der Teig soll sich leicht vom Sch\u00fcsselrand l\u00f6sen und feucht sein, aber nicht an den H\u00e4nden kleben bleiben. Den Backofen auf 175 \u00b0C (Umluft) vorheizen. Eine Springform (26 cm Durchmesser) fetten und den Teig hineindr\u00fccken; dabei den Teig etwa zwei Zentimeter am Rand hochziehen. Diesen Boden f\u00fcnfzehn Minuten backen, aus dem Ofen nehmen und etwa zehn Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDann f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung den Mascarpone mit der gemahlenen Vanille verr\u00fchren und auf den Boden in der Springform streichen. Die Masse soll m\u00f6glichst nicht an den Rand der Form geraten, sondern innerhalb der Vertiefung des Teiges bleiben. Die Blaubeeren auf dem Mascarpone verteilen, dabei ebenfalls darauf achten, dass die Beeren nicht den Rand der Form ber\u00fchren.
