Sahne mit Zucker steif schlagen und Gelatine unterr\u00fchren. 3\/4 der Heidelbeeren unterheben.<br \/>\nMit Hilfe eines Tortenringes die Heidelbeersahne auf dem Boden verstreichen. Die restlichen Heidelbeeren darauf verteilen. Tortenguss nach Vorschrift zubereiten und \u00fcber die Beeren gie\u00dfen.
