In dem \u00d6l mit 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Wasser glasig braten. Zum Schluss die Hefeflocken kurz mitr\u00f6sten.Den Topf vom Herd nehmen, 100 g Wasser und die Tomaten dazugeben und mit dem Schneidestab des Handmixers p\u00fcrieren.Den Rotwein, den Br\u00fchw\u00fcrfel, die Butter und alle Kr\u00e4uter hinzuf\u00fcgen, ebenso die gesch\u00e4lte durchgepresste Knoblauchzehe.Die Suppe erw\u00e4rmen aber nicht kochen! Mit dem Selleriesalz und dem Picata pikant abschmecken.Die Zucchini oder das Gurkenst\u00fcck waschen und in Streifen schneiden. Die Suppe in die Teller f\u00fcllen, die Zucchini- oder Gurkenstreifen dar\u00fcber verteilen und auf jede Portion 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Schlagsahne setzen.
