Die Sauce mit einem Schneebesen kr\u00e4ftig aufschlagen, so da\u00df eine geschmeidige B\u00e9chamelsauce entsteht, und mit etwas Salz w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nArtischockenb\u00f6den zusammen mit den Knoblauchzehen (gesch\u00e4lt und fein gehackt) in Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten und mit Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen.<br \/>\nErbsen zugeben, mit Salz und Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle abschmecken und zu  der B\u00e9chamelsauce geben.<br \/>\nFontinak\u00e4se in Scheiben schneiden.<br \/>\nParmesank\u00e4se nach Geschmack bereitstellen.<br \/>\nLasagnebl\u00e4tter nach Packungsanweisung vorbereiten. Eine Lasagneform mit Butter einfetten und ein d\u00fcnne Schicht B\u00e9chamelsauce einf\u00fcllen. Zwei Lasagnebl\u00e4tter dar\u00fcber verteilen, dann wieder eine Schicht mit Sauce und Fontinak\u00e4se. Auf diese Weise sieben Schichten herstellen, mit einer Schicht Sauce abschlie\u00dfen und mit einigen Butterfl\u00f6ckchen und etwas Parmesan.
