Auf der Innenseite (!) schr\u00e4g im Abstand von ca. 1\/2 cm \u00fcber kreuz einschneiden. Das Messer dabei ebenfalls schr\u00e4g halten. Die Tube in vier St\u00fccke schneiden. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und St\u00e4rke einreiben, 10 Minuten ruhen lassen, dann trocken tupfen.<br \/>\nBaumohren einweichen, s\u00e4ubern und in Streifen schneiden. Knoblauch hacken, Ingwer in feine Scheiben schneiden, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln nach wei\u00dfen und gr\u00fcnen Teilen getrennt in feine Ringe schneiden.<br \/>\nKarottenblumen: aus der Karotte l\u00e4ngs 5-6 schmale Keile herausschneiden, dann die Karotte quer in Scheiben schneiden, die nun wie &#8211; etwas eckige &#8211; Bl\u00fcten aussehen.<br \/>\n\u00d6l erhitzen, Knoblauch, Ingwer und wei\u00dfe Teile der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln anbraten, die Karottenblumen zugeben, Baumohren mitbraten. Tintenfischst\u00fccke zugeben, ca. 2-3 Minuten braten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.
