Knoblauch und die H\u00e4lfte des restlichen Ingwers zugeben und 1 Minute d\u00fcnsten, bis er zu duften beginnt. Den Reis zugeben und 3 Minuten unter R\u00fchren glasig d\u00fcnsten. 700 ml Br\u00fche und 1 Teel\u00f6ffel Sojasauce zuf\u00fcgen und aufkochen. Die Hitze reduzieren, mit geschlossenem Deckel 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, bis der Reis gar ist und die Fl\u00fcssigkeit aufgenommen hat. Den geschlossenen Topf vom Herd nehmen und beiseite stellen. Das restliche Erdnuss\u00f6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen. Das Fleisch aus der Marinade nehmen und 3 Minuten br\u00e4unen. 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Sojasauce und den restlichen Zucker zuf\u00fcgen und 1 weitere Minute braten. Auf einen Teller umf\u00fcllen und warm halten. Schinken, Zuckererbsen, Bohnensprossen, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, den restlichen Ingwer, die H\u00e4lfte des Korianders und 100 ml Br\u00fche zugeben und 1 Minute kr\u00e4ftig kochen, bis die Br\u00fche fast eingekocht ist. Den Reis untermischen und mit Chilisauce abschmecken.
