Danach abschrecken und in ein Sieb geben. In einer Pfanne oder einem Wok die Shiitakepilze, Karotten, Garnelen (Shrimps) und Sojasprossen kurz mit Sesam\u00f6l anbraten (so dass sie sch\u00f6n knackig bleiben). Mit dem Limonensaft, Austernso\u00dfe und Sojaso\u00dfe abl\u00f6schen und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Wenn es leicht abgek\u00fchlt ist, die Nudeln hinzugeben. Danach die Limonenschale, N\u00fcsse, Honig, Chili und den Koriander dazu geben, gut vermischen und mit etwas Limonen\u00f6l abschmecken.
